#SHIFTINTOHIGHCAREER by joining a Retail Company that seeks the expertise of a Regional Butchery Manager

Must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Store Manager within the Butchery Retail | FMCG Industries
3 to 5 years' experience in a multi-site management
Grade 12
Strong knowledge of Butchery Operations and Stock Control
Strong understanding of Food Safety and Health & Safety Regulations
Proven ability to achieve Sales and Profitability Targets
Experience in Procurement and Supplier Management
Strong knowledge of Inventory, Shrinkage and Waste Control
Valid Driver's License and own Transport required
