Project Manager

Our client is one of South Africa’s leading property development companies specializing in the development of premium residential, mixed use and lifestyle- focused developments. They are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team and take ownership of large-scale residential developments from inception through to successful completion.

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years' Project Management experience within the construction industry
• Proven experience managing large scale residential developments
• Registration with SACPCMP

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing large-scale residential developments from start to finish.
• Coordinating consultants, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Managing project programmes, budgets, quality standards, and timelines.
• Identifying risks and implementing practical solutions before they become problems.
• Driving project performance while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
