Senior Commercial Manager & Sales Lead to drive customer renewals and strategic partner relationships across Africa and Europe.

POSITION INFO

Key Duties & Responsibilities Commercial & Renewal Management: Lead annual software and managed service renewals across multiple regions, ensuring high revenue retention and strategic growth. Partner & Client Relations: Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for key customers, technology vendors, and strategic partners to drive joint go-to-market initiatives and pipeline development. Financial Analysis & Pricing: Prepare commercial proposals, robust pricing models, margin analyses, annual budgets, and revenue forecasts. Sales Operations & Governance: Oversee end-to-end sales administration, including quotations, invoicing, software licensing, inventory management, and vendor compliance. Executive Reporting: Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to present critical commercial updates for leadership and Exco meetings. Minimum Requirements Commercial Acumen: Proven experience managing recurring revenue streams, software licensing, and customer renewals. Financial Skills: Direct experience preparing corporate budgets, revenue forecasts, and pricing models. Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities along with experience using Power BI or a similar business intelligence tool. Relationship Management: A track record of successfully managing strategic customer and partner relationships. Industry Background: Previous experience working within enterprise software, technology services, managed services, or related sectors.
