Our client in the clothing manufacturing industry is seeking an experienced Senior Patternmaker to lead the Patternmaking Department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop master production patterns, blocks, and size ranges

  • Create patterns from design sketches and ensure fit, quality, and accuracy

  • Assess garments, improve construction methods, and advise factory teams

  • Collaborate with designers and suppliers

  • Maintain a digital pattern library

Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience in Lectra Modaris

  • 3D Pattern Making experience (advantageous)

  • Strong technical and management skills

  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
