Vacancy: Guest House Manager

Role Purpose

To oversee daily operations of the guest house, including managing guest check-ins and check-outs, reservations, housekeeping, and maintenance. The role also involves handling guest inquiries and complaints while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise staff members
• Oversee daily operations of running the guest house
• Manage M-Pesa transactions and process payments
• Handle and resolve high-level customer queries, inquiries, complaints, and requests
• Provide periodic reports on service quality and operational progress

Competencies

• Skills in sales and customer relationship management
• Ability to promote new business establishment
• Excellent communication skills in both Sesotho and English
• Minimum of two (2) years’ relevant managerial work experience
