CPAエクセレントパートナーズ株式会社 05_バックオフィス 【人事部】人材教育担当者（未経験） 【会社概要】 私たちは、学び・キャリア・コミュニティ形成の事業を通して、会計・ファイナンス領域をはじめとするプロフェッショナル人材の挑戦を応援しています。彼らが力を最大限発揮し続けられる独自のプラットフォームを通じて「挑戦の循環」を生み出し、企業の成長、ひいては日本社会の発展に貢献しています。 【募集背景】 5年で売上8倍の急成長にともなう、教育体制の強化（増員） 当社は過去5年間で社員数が5倍、売上が8倍と著しい成長を遂げており、今後は海外展開やM&Aといったさらなる挑戦フェーズを迎えています。 組織が急拡大する中で、当社が最も重視しているのが「人材教育」です。現在、中途社員向けと新卒社員向け（※割合はおよそ3：1）の、高密度な内製研修を多数運用しています。現在は教育責任者1名（専任）と兼務スタッフ2名で運営していますが、今後の組織拡大を見据え、以下の課題を解決するために新たな専任メンバーを募集します。 【採用の背景：解決したい課題】 ・属人化からの脱却（安定したチーム体制へ） 現在は登壇できるメンバーが限られているため、複数名でカバーし合える安心のチーム体制（常に2〜3名が登壇できる状態）へ移行します。 ・業務の分業と効率化（新規企画へのリソース創出） 現在は責任者が研修の調整・手配などの「運営実務」も兼務しています。これらの実務を新メンバーへスムーズに引き継ぎ・仕組み化することで、チーム全体で「新しい教育施策の企画・立案」に割く時間を創出します。 ・次世代の後継者育成 理念経営を推進する当社において、将来的に教育部門の責任者ロールを引き継いでいただけるリーダーを、長期的な目線で育成します。 【業務内容】 ・社内研修の企画・運営から当日の登壇まで、教育研修に関わる一連の業務をお任せします。 1. 研修の運営・事務局業務 ︎研修前（事前準備） ・受講者の選定、日程・会場の調整 ・事業部長・本部長クラスへの研修内容・スケジュールの確認 ・受講者向けチャットグループの作成、事前課題のアナウンスおよび進捗フォロー ︎研修当日（運営・ファシリテーション） ・会場セッティング、配布資料の印刷、グループ配置の決定 ・備品準備（ホワイトボード、ポストイット等） ・研修の進行サポート、および一部登壇 ︎研修後（効果検証・改善） ・事後課題のアナウンス ・AIツールを用いた受講者のアウトプット（ワークシートや動画など）の分析・効果検証 ・振り返り資料の作成、および次回に向けた改善提案 2. 研修の企画・組織開発（将来的にお任せする業務） ・経営課題や現場のニーズに応じた新規研修の企画・立案 ・経営層に対するプレゼンテーション ・組織開発の視点を持った、全社的な教育施策の推進 【入社後の立ち上がりイメージ（キャリアパス）】 段階を追って業務に慣れていただける環境を整えています。 入社〜3ヶ月（インプット＆デモ期間）...
